    Talking points ready

An example morning in Deal Frame. Companies and people are made up.

Six tools, six logins, one rep.

A typical outbound seat pays for a data tool, a dialer, a sequencer, a signals feed, a call recorder and an AI assistant. None of them talk to each other, so the rep becomes the integration.

Deal Frame does all six jobs in one place for under $170 a seat. That’s less than a quarter of the $718 the separate tools cost.

AI does the groundwork. People do the selling.

Most AI sales tools try to replace the rep. We think that gets it backwards. AI is very good at research, lists and follow-up. It isn’t the one a buyer wants to trust. So Deal Frame takes the first job and gives your reps the time and the context to do the second.

Deal Frame does

  • Builds lead lists from a sentence and scores every company for fit
  • Finds the right people at each account, with emails and phone numbers
  • Researches every account the moment it’s added, with sources
  • Watches your accounts and the market for buying signals
  • Writes the account plan, the meeting brief and the call pitch
  • Drafts every follow-up in the rep’s own voice and sends the emails
  • Records, transcribes and summarizes calls, then logs the next steps

Your rep does

  • Picks up the phone with a reason to call
  • Has the conversation
  • Reads the room and earns trust
  • Books the meeting and runs it
  • Makes the judgment calls
  • Closes

Everything a rep needs, already on the page.

Know when an account is ready to talk

Deal Frame watches your accounts for funding, hiring, leadership changes and expansion, scores each signal, and tells you what to do about it. DF Agents go further: describe the companies you want in a sentence and an agent searches the market for them on a schedule.

  • Daily or weekly monitoring, with the source for every signal
  • Agents that keep working with the tab closed
  • Ranked by the signals your team cares about most

Walk into every account already briefed

Add a company and Deal Frame researches it straight away, framed around what you sell. It writes the account plan, tracks how healthy the deal is, and maps who matters, so the next step is always clear.

  • Sourced research that answers your discovery questions
  • A deal health score with the reasons behind it
  • Next steps tied to the signal, research or playbook they came from

Deal Frame drafts the whole cadence across email, LinkedIn and calls, in each rep’s own voice, from what it knows about the account. Emails go out from your own mailbox during working hours and stop the moment someone replies.

What is Deal Frame?

Deal Frame is an AI sales platform for B2B teams. It builds lead lists, finds the right people, watches your accounts for buying signals, researches every account, writes follow-up in each rep's voice and includes a power dialer. Reps open one page each morning that shows who to talk to, why now and what to say.

How is Deal Frame different from an AI SDR?

AI SDRs try to replace the rep by sending large volumes of automated outreach. Deal Frame does the opposite: AI handles research, list building, signal watching, note taking and follow-up, and your reps keep the conversations, the judgment calls and the relationships.

What tools can Deal Frame replace?

Deal Frame covers the jobs of a contact data tool, a power dialer, a sequencing tool, a buying signals feed, a call recorder and an AI research assistant. For a typical rep those tools cost around $718 a month; Deal Frame is under $170 a seat.

How much does Deal Frame cost?

Deal Frame is under $170 per seat per month. You can start with a free trial, or book a demo to talk through pricing for your team.

Does Deal Frame send emails from my own inbox?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 and cadence emails go out from your own address during working hours, thread like a normal conversation and stop automatically when the prospect replies.

Where does Deal Frame's research come from?

From public web sources such as company sites, news and job postings. Every signal and research claim links to the source it came from, so reps can check it before acting on it.

Does Deal Frame automate LinkedIn?

No. Deal Frame writes LinkedIn messages for you and puts them in your list of tasks for the day, but you send them yourself. There is no LinkedIn automation.

Is my data secure?

Each workspace is isolated at the database level, roles control what each person can see, and connected inbox tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. See the Security page for details.
